Products must be returned with original packaging and label within 14 days of receipt, otherwise they will not be validated as compliant by our technical team. Returns are at your expense. Please send us your carefully packaged items containing Colissimo which will allow us to return them to you.

If you want to obtain another size, you will need to specify this when returning by writing it on a letter clearly explaining the reasons for the return to avoid any possible error and send us an e-mail informing us of the situation.

1. Connect to the e-mail address provided during your order, write down your order number and its content listed on the order validation e-mail. Then send us an email explaining the situation, along with the above information.

2. Once your request has been made and a positive response from our customer service has been received, you can return your products to us at the following address:

3. Upon receipt of your product our customer service will confirm by notifying you by e-mail. One of our operators will check the conformity status of the product.

Any package sent outside of this procedure cannot be processed. All returned items will be subject to inspection. They must be new, unused and in their original condition. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty will not be taken back and will be returned to you at your expense.
